Eva Longoria was seen having lunch at Bongos Cuban Cafe Friday afternoon with pals JR and Loren Ridinger and Emilio Estefan. Longoria was in town for a meeting of the commission to which she and Estefan were appointed by President Barack Obama to create the American Latino Museum.
